Marshalling Programme
The Marshalling Programme, involves a student shadowing a judge sitting in a particular court over a period of time, and is especially tailored for:-
-
Lincoln's Inn students / pupil barristers who return to Malaysia during their holidays / term breaks
-
members who have just been called to the Bar of England and Wales but have yet to commence their pupillage in Malaysia

In line with the Alumni's aims and objectives, the Marshalling Programme is designed to enrich and enhance the understanding of collegiate life at the Bar, and offers a unique opportunity to bridge the gap between law school and legal practice. Through observing proceedings both in the Judge's chambers and courtroom, it is hoped that students will gain valuable insight, and a better understanding, of the judicial process from the perspective of a Judge.
